Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization anchored by core values and principles. The Automotive Corporate Trainer will enhance skills and performance of team members across dealerships in Fort Lauderdale and Pembroke Pines. Responsibilities include facilitating classes and specialized training for Sales Advisors, Service Advisors, and Technicians; conducting training sessions at Holman retail stores; acting as a coach and resource; marketing internal communications about learning programs; assisting with performance audits and training needs analysis; evaluating development solutions and ROI; working with stakeholders to enhance learning impact; staying current on adult learning best practices; maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; and keeping awareness of trends in retail automotive. Qualifications include a likable personality, strong presentation skills, experience delivering training, preferably a bachelor's degree or pursuing one in education or related field, proficiency in MS Office, 5+ years of customer-facing and automotive retail experience, and experience designing and delivering learning programs. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with 4 days at dealerships and 1 day working from home depending on training schedules. Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 per year dependent on experience.
