This exclusive Sales Development Representative (SDR) residency is your entry point into the world of tech sales— no traditional experience required .

What You’ll Do

As an SDR, you’ll help organizations—from local governments to enterprise teams—discover how a powerful platform can improve how they gather insights, allocate resources, or serve their constituents. You’ll be the first voice in the sales process, sparking conversations that lead to meaningful change.

  • Prospect and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media
  • Understand business goals and position the platform’s value accordingly
  • Qualify leads through thoughtful discovery conversations
  • Partner with Account Executives to book meetings and drive opportunities
  • Research public sector organizations or enterprise teams to tailor outreach
  • Use modern sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach to manage your pipeline
  • Meet and exceed activity and performance goals in a metrics-driven environment

What You’ll Learn

  • Full-time availability required
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce or ZoomInfo is a plus (not required)
