Description

• Developing and delivering strategic communications to increase brand loyalty and revenue

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening

• Providing timely solutions through excellent client service skills, patience, conflict resolution skills, and problem-solving skills

• Communicating and collaborating with Technical, Sales, and Product Development team members as needed

• Attending and participating in weekly staff meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• Competence with computer and mobile device technology in order to provide Tier 1-2 technical support to customers

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to effectively de-escalate and problem solve customer issues

• Clinical background and experience with EMR / practice management software systems preferred (but not necessary)

• Insurance billing and coding experience is a plus

• Ability to be self-directed and have a positive attitude
