Are you a hands-on embedded systems expert who thrives on solving tough technical problems and pushing the limits of what's possible in low-power, edge-connected devices? I'm working with a fast-growing startup that is redefining how industrial environments are monitored and maintained—and they’re looking for a Principal Embedded Systems Engineer to join their team.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and build firmware for rugged, battery-powered IoT devices.
• Optimize LoRa, BLE, and cellular (CAT-M1/NB-IoT) protocols for long-range, low-energy use.
• Drive OTA updates, RF performance, and power management strategies.
• Tackle real-world signal processing and vibration analysis challenges.
• Collaborate across hardware/software teams to ship production-ready systems.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in embedded firmware (C/C++, ARM Cortex-M).
• Deep expertise in low-power design, OTA updates, and wireless protocols.
• Experience with Zephyr RTOS, Nordic SDKs, and debugging hardware-firmware issues.
• Creative problem-solving and a startup mindset.
