We are seeking a Nurse Educator to join our team of over 10,000 global field personnel supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The Nurse Educator program is designed as an educational resource for patients with chronic diseases prescribed specific medications. The role involves providing education about disease treatments and resources to help patients manage their conditions and medications. The Nurse Educator will: Coordinate connections between patients and approved resources. Provide educational training on disease states and medications. Support multiple disease states and medications as needed. Promote behavioral change and treatment compliance through patient-focused education. Facilitate dialogue between patients and healthcare providers. Job Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree and/or BSN preferred. RN licensure in the state of residency; multi-state license if available. Current nursing license in good standing. 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience. Experience as a Nurse Educator preferred. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Valid driver’s license and residence in the designated territory. Experience in patient interaction, clinical data, pharmacology, time management, presentation skills, and relationship building. Proficiency in MS Office and iPad technology. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel up to 60-70%. Compliance with client vaccination requirements may be necessary. Salary includes base pay, car allowance, and bonus potential.
