Description We are looking for a qualified Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in full stack development-including React, Python, and back-end technologies-while also having a willingness to work with legacy systems and contribute to cross-functional projects. To be successful, you must be a self-starter, strong communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and analytical. You should also be comfortable working independently to gather requirements and implement solutions, collaborating with marketing and other departments to deliver effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement greenfield internal projects to improve operational efficiency and system capabilities. Improve and maintain existing applications and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions. Stay current with modern development practices and adjust implementations accordingly. Utilize various development tools and frameworks to create robust, scalable applications. Support marketing initiatives through technical integrations and system development. Monitor industry technology trends and recommend improvements to existing systems. Work with high independence while delivering measurable results for the organization. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with candidates having experience but less formal education also considered. 1-3 years of experience in software development, with a track record of building and maintaining applications. Proficiency in Python required for day-to-day development tasks. Experience working in environments requiring high independence and self-direction. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and how to manage projects from conception to implementation. Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks relevant to full stack development. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals. Familiarity with React. Experience with PHP, WordPress, or Salesforce environment is a plus. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and experience making technical recommendations based on business needs. Excellent communication and project management skills.
