Overview

As part of our continuous quality improvement initiatives, we are looking for a Quality Coordinator to provide critical support during the rollout of a new system. This role is ideal for someone with a background in quality and digital systems who enjoys working on structured data, system configuration, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the configuration and deployment of core LIMS components, including test protocols, sampling plans, and product specifications.
• Perform detailed and timely data population into the system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Organize and track method validation files, acceptance criteria, and test definitions within the LIMS architecture.
• Liaise between QC analysts, system administrators, and technical teams to resolve configuration issues or inconsistencies.
• Participate in system verification activities and assist in drafting user guidance materials and process maps.

What You Bring:

• Prior hands-on experience with LIMS, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Knowledge of quality assurance systems, laboratory workflows, and documentation standards.
• Comfortable working with structured data and digital tools in a highly detail-oriented environment.
