Job Title: Server 

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a deep knowledge of food and wine, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will lead your section with confidence, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated level of hospitality to all guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Guide guests in wine selections, offering thoughtful pairings and insights into the wine list.
• Manage and oversee your assigned section, ensuring a smooth and organized service flow.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and kitchen staff to deliver flawless service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared work area at all times.
• Embrace feedback and actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and service standards.
• Take pride in your role, consistently delivering high-quality service with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of fine dining service experience.

• Possess or be willing to obtain ServSafe and BASSET certifications before the employment start date.

• Extensive food and wine knowledge.
• Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverages, with a desire to continually grow.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities.
