Responsibilities include overseeing volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of results, as well as planning, budgeting, and policy formulation within their area. They may also be involved in short-term resource planning and have full management responsibility for a team, including performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and budget approval. Responsibilities: Manage, supervise, and coordinate daily operational activities within the unit. Act as stakeholder manager for vendors and other partners. Ensure timely expense reimbursements and vendor invoice payments based on SLAs. Monitor the accuracy and completeness of services provided. Establish and maintain standardized operational processes. Assist with all processes within the unit and take main responsibility for them. Support the Business Unit (BU) Head by providing data and accommodating requests from regional offices, auditors, and other parties. Identify risks and opportunities related to BU activities and Citi processes. Ensure timely submission of deliverables related to compliance, risk, control, and management reports. Provide data and insights for operational processes as needed. Conduct periodic self-assessment testing to proactively manage risks and address control gaps. Lead efforts to standardize operations regionally. Identify and implement process improvements. Maintain operational controls and compliance with Manager’s Control Assessments. Assess risks when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing control issues transparently. Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience as a Business Manager. Background in project administration and operations. Experience managing limited resources to achieve outstanding results. Knowledge of finance and process administration. Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative operational management skills. Strong integrity, humility, positive attitude, and self-direction. Excellent influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including with senior management. Strategic and goal-oriented thinking. Effective interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to monitor reviews and prioritize tasks effectively.
