What You Will Do:

Follow up patient visits with ongoing POC management

Complete all documentation in a timely manner

Actively participate in In-House Continuing Education presentations

Participate in marketing activities, as needed

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Illinois
One year experience as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
Posted Salary Range: USD $28.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
